A retrospective of Kamal Haasan films is being held in New Delhi by the I&B Ministry from July 2 to July 4.
A press release says- “Throughout his life, he has also been an avid theatre artist. In order to underscore his contribution to Indian cinema, the Government of India conferred upon him the country's fourth highest civilian honor, the Padma Shri in the year 1990.
